line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 18px; color: #333;\"><strong><em>Introducci\u00f3n: <\/em><\/strong>Como parte de un estudio mixto, durante el periodo comprendido entre los meses de julio, agosto y septiembre de la gesti\u00f3n 2025 empleando el m\u00e9todo semicuantitativo del \u00c1baco de R\u00e9gnier se contribuy\u00f3 con el desarrollo de un modelo de gesti\u00f3n para una unidad educativa posgradual de cuarto nivel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 18px; color: #333;\"><strong><em>Objetivo: <\/em><\/strong>Validar mediante un m\u00e9todo colorim\u00e9trico el modelo de gesti\u00f3n implementado dentro del Plan de Desarrollo Institucional de la Unidad de Posgrado gesti\u00f3n 2021 \u2013 2025 de la Facultad de Medicina, Enfermer\u00eda, Nutrici\u00f3n y Tecnolog\u00eda M\u00e9dica de la Universidad Mayor de San Andr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 18px; color: #333;\"><strong><em>Material y m\u00e9todos: <\/em><\/strong>El componente cualitativo del estudio se realiz\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de 14 sujetos de estudio, 3 autoridades facultativas (decano, vicedecano y director), 3 coordinadores acad\u00e9micos, 3 docentes y 5 personas con contrato administrativo mediante la entrevista e interacci\u00f3n discursiva, sujetos de estudio con v\u00ednculo posgradual con una antig\u00fcedad de cuatro a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 18px; color: #333;\"><strong><em>Resultados: <\/em><\/strong>Dentro los principales resultados, el consenso del grupo de expertos seleccionados, obtuvo una tendencia \u201cfavorable\u201d a la viabilidad del Modelo de Gesti\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gico Contingencial para la ejecuci\u00f3n de los programas posgraduales de la Unidad de Posgrado dentro del Plan de Desarrollo Institucional, resaltando que existi\u00f3 una pregunta (la n\u00famero 7, que refiri\u00f3 \u00bflas estructuras sustantivas, normativa, acad\u00e9mica y curricular del modelo de gesti\u00f3n del posgrado influyen en la gesti\u00f3n curricular y acad\u00e9mica administrativa?) obtuvo la tendencia \u201cmuy favorable\u201d. Se logr\u00f3 realizar la validaci\u00f3n mediante el instrumento cualitativo \u201c\u00c1baco de R\u00e9gnier\u201d aplicado al modelo de gesti\u00f3n implementado desde la gesti\u00f3n 2021, expres\u00e1ndose mayoritariamente la tendencia favorable al modelo seg\u00fan las preguntas utilizadas durante las entrevistas con los expertos con vinculo institucional a la unidad desde la pasada gesti\u00f3n 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 18px; color: #333;\"><strong><em>Conclusiones: <\/em><\/strong>El m\u00e9todo colorim\u00e9trico es simple, r\u00e1pido, visual, y reduce el sesgo de la interpretaci\u00f3n del experto, en el presente caso facilit\u00f3 la priorizaci\u00f3n de todas las preguntas realizadas, en el fondo la importancia radica en la viabilidad de la aplicabilidad del modelo de gesti\u00f3n, a sus fundamentos y principios que incluyen como soporte adjetivo de la gesti\u00f3n curricular, acad\u00e9mica y administrativa en la ejecuci\u00f3n de los programas posgraduales de la Unidad de Posgrado, siendo el \u201chumanismo\u201d el fundamento filos\u00f3fico, la \u201cinnovaci\u00f3n\u201d el fundamento epistemol\u00f3gico, y la \u201cinvestigaci\u00f3n\u201d el fundamento pedag\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 18px; color: #333;\"><strong><em>Palabras Clave: <\/em><\/strong>\u00c1baco de R\u00e9gnier, Validaci\u00f3n, Modelo de gesti\u00f3n, Posgrado.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: left; margin-bottom: 22px;\"><span style=\"display: inline-block; padding-bottom: 8px; border-bottom: 2px solid #00663a; color: #333; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold;\"> ABSTRACT<\/span><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 18px; color: #333;\"><strong><em>Introduction: <\/em><\/strong>As part of a mixed-methods study, during the period between July and September of 2025, the Regnier Abacus semi-quantitative method was used to contribute to the development of a management model for a postgraduate educational unit at the fourth level.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 18px; color: #333;\"><strong><em>Objective: <\/em><\/strong>To validate, using a colorimetric method, the management model implemented within the Institutional Development Plan of the Postgraduate Unit for the 2021\u20132025 period of the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing, Nutrition, and Medical Technology at the Universidad Mayor de San Andr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 18px; color: #333;\"><strong><em>Material and methods: <\/em><\/strong> A qualitative component of the study was conducted with the participation of 14 study subjects: 3 faculty authorities (dean, vice-dean, and director), 3 academic coordinators, 3 professors, and 5 people with administrative contracts. Data was collected through interviews and discursive interaction. These study subjects had been affiliated with postgraduate programs for at least four years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 18px; color: #333;\"><strong><em>Results: <\/em><\/strong>Among the main results, the consensus of the selected group of experts showed a \u201cfavorable\u201d trend toward the viability of the Contingency Strategic Management Model for the implementation of the Postgraduate Unit&#8217;s postgraduate programs within the Institutional Development Plan. It is noteworthy that one question (number 7, which asked, \u201cDo the substantive, regulatory, academic, and curricular structures of the postgraduate management model influence curricular and administrative academic management?\u201d) received a \u201cvery favorable\u201d response. Validation was achieved using the qualitative instrument \u201cRegnier\u2019s Abacus,\u201d applied to the management model implemented since 2021. The majority of responses indicated a favorable trend toward the model, based on the questions used during interviews with experts institutionally linked to the unit since 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 18px; color: #333;\"><strong><em>Conclusions: <\/em><\/strong>The colorimetric method is simple, fast, visual, and reduces the bias of the expert&#8217;s interpretation. In this case, it facilitated the prioritization of all the questions asked.
