El presente art\u00edculo es una propuesta curricular que busca optimizar la capacitaci\u00f3n de acci\u00f3n de los bomberos. La misma se enfoca en los m\u00e9todos y t\u00e9cnicas atenci\u00f3n pre hospitalaria, como el traslado de las v\u00edctimas del lugar de los hechos, la asistencia al paciente y la comunicaci\u00f3n efectiva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 18px; color: #333;\"><strong><em>Objetivo: <\/em><\/strong>Dise\u00f1ar una propuesta curricular para la formaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica de bomberos en atenci\u00f3n pre hospitalaria en Bolivia, que se concentre en el desarrollo de conocimientos, habilidades \u00e9ticas en la aplicaci\u00f3n de m\u00e9todos y t\u00e9cnicas pre hospitalarias en situaciones de emergencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 18px; color: #333;\"><strong><em>Material y m\u00e9todos: <\/em><\/strong>Se trata de un estudio de enfoque mixto de corte transversal que recolect\u00f3 informaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de una encuesta y entrevistas semiestructuradas a docentes especializados del \u00e1rea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 18px; color: #333;\"><strong><em>Resultados: <\/em><\/strong>Se encuestaron un total de 49 bomberos, de los cuales la mayor\u00eda report\u00f3 conocimientos b\u00e1sicos sobre Reanimaci\u00f3n Cardiopulmonar (RCP), entrenamiento insuficiente sobre el trasporte de heridos, el manejo del trauma y desconocimiento de la normativa de atenci\u00f3n de emergencias. This article presents a curricular proposal aimed at optimizing the appropriate training of firefighters. It focuses on pre-hospital care methods and techniques, such as the transfer of victims from the scene, patient assistance, and effective communication.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 18px; color: #333;\"><strong><em>Objective: <\/em><\/strong>To design a curricular proposal for the academic training of firefighters in pre-hospital care in Bolivia, focusing on the development of knowledge and ethical skills regarding the application of pre-hospital methods and techniques in emergency situations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 18px; color: #333;\"><strong><em>Material and methods: <\/em><\/strong>This was a descriptive, cross-sectional mixed-methods study that gathered data through surveys and semi-structured interviews with specialized instructors in the field.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 18px; color: #333;\"><strong><em>Results: <\/em><\/strong>A total of 49 firefighters were surveyed, the majority of whom reported having basic knowledge of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), insufficient training in casualty transport and trauma management, and a lack of familiarity with emergency care regulations. Based on these results, a curricular proposal was developed and shared with five specialized instructors in the field.
