Se analizaron un total de 45 documentos elegibles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 18px; color: #333;\"><strong><em>Resultados: <\/em><\/strong>Se observ\u00f3 heterogeneidad en los tiempos de espera seg\u00fan la especialidad (con mayores demoras en \u00e1reas cl\u00ednicas de alta complejidad), nivel de establecimiento y factores socioecon\u00f3micos y geogr\u00e1ficos.
